Description:
Closure/resolution notes do not preserve white space when later displayed.

Recommend defer to post 1.0

How to repeat:
Enter in closure notes with line breaks.
Close the event.
Open the resolution notes or the event popup and click the resolution tab.
Note that the line breaks are treated as a space.

Suggested fix:
Preserve white space.
We probably also want to investigate what sort of formatting and markup should be supported here. Wiki formatting may be appropriate.

Given that the values are returned correctly from the server, I'll just wrap the notes into a nl2br call before returning to the UI. Apologies for passing this to the server team unnecessarily. Patch queued.
