I very much think this bug is a duplicate of bug #23822. Unfortunately, we still have not found a way to reproduce this strange problem on our machines. Julien, if you have info how to reproduce this reliably I would be all ears.

ok no problem ! I don't know if this can will help you more, but when i go to the : -> Administrator -> Startup variables it doesn't load anyone of my current variables !
