Description:
I installed only MySQL Connector .NET 5.0.2 Beta and Visual Studio Plugin 1.0.1 Beta.

Visual Studio 2005 properly opened the Server Explorer treeview for a MySQL server 5.0.18 database, showing all the tables and columns.

The connection used the .NET Framework Data Provider for MySQL.

Opening a DataSet designer tab, however, mouse drag from the Server Explorer simply didn't work -- functionality was "dead".

(Test of context menus' 'Alter Table' and 'Browse or Edit Data' worked fine.)

How to repeat:
Probably the same "naked" connector configuration will repeat the issue.

Hi Ricardo and thanks for your report. Verified as described with VS 2005.

This is expected behavior and is not a bug. We are working on the next major version of the plugin that will include dataset designer support.
