Description:
cannot rearrange the column order (temporarily or permanently) using the query viewing UI.

How to repeat:
select a column and try to move it to a new location. you cannot.

Suggested fix:
should be able to select a column and then drag it to a new location, similar to other GUI interfaces.

Thank you for your interest in the MySQL graphical administration tools.
We recommend that you use our MySQL Administrator and MySQL Query
Browser. The MySQLGUI and MySQL Command Center legacy products are
deprecated, and we are no longer maintaining those projects.

For more information on MySQL Administrator, see:

As far as I know you cannot do that in MySQL Administrator or MySQL Query Browser either. It is currently the only thing I still have to use phpmyadmin for.

You also can use our new Workbench

http://wb.mysql.com

You can do that by right click on column in column-editor.
