Description:
Dynamic link library libxml2.dll does not contain version resources which could be displayed in Windows Explorer.

How to repeat:
Open directory in which Merlin Agent is installed in Windows Explorer. Hover a mouse on libxml2.dll - you won't see fields "Description", "Company" or "File Version"

Suggested fix:
include version resource to the dynamic linked library libxml2.dll so that users could know what version of .dll file is shipped with Merlin Agent

we can edit the resource on their for 1.01

The build setup for windows includes the build of
3rd party libraries, and the CMake build files are
added or generated part of the Mem Agent build
itself. To this now the "libxml.rc" file was added
that is generated with the correct version
information.

there are still other .dlls without this version information, but this is not part of this bug and will be reported in different bugs.

An entry was added to the 2.1.0 changelog:

The Dynamic Link Library (DLL) libxml2.dll did not contain version resources. This meant version information was not available to be displayed when the file was examined in Windows Explorer.
