How to repeat:
Start MA 1.2.5RC German

In left pane select 'Kataloge'
Select a schema you can fool around with.
In the right pane select a table and say edit.
In the table editor activate the tab 'Tabelleneinstellungen'
Try to change 'Zeichensatz' to 'Vorgabe'
Confirm the execute sql dialog:
