Bug #23706 Can't Specify Desired frequency if Schedule then Unschedule Rules

Description:
I scheduled all of Schema rules for a specific frequency at first. Then unscheduled using the 'current schedule' and click on 'unschedule' after checking the box againsat 'Schema'.

when I reschedule the same rules, and click on 'Schedule', the box for specifying a specific frequncy is disabled which leaves me the option on only accepting the default by checking the box.

How to repeat:
Schedule all rules under schema for 4 minutes
Unschedule all rules under current schedule--> unschedule
Try Reschduling the rules, you can no  longer select a freq.

When I go to reschedule a batch, the button is disabled. However, when I put in a valid frequency or check the default frequency checkbox, the button becomes enabled. This is working as designed.

Punita, are you sure you put in a non-zero frequency or checked the checkbox when re-scheduling?
