Description:
Restart of a killed mgmt server caused a complete cluster failure.

We have a 4 node 2 replica cluster and the binaries are built from 

mysqlcluster_5.0.27 from the Bitkeeper source 2006-10-19

How to repeat:
1
Kill the mgmt server with "kill -9"

Forget this the mgmt server was restarted with wrong config.ini
