Description:
Similar to bug #15784 with the Alpha Version, the 5.0.5 Beta now creates the error message "Reserved error (-7749). Description of this error is absent." when trying to link to a table.

This happened on 2 different Win-XP PC's, one had the Alpha 5.0.0 installed before, the other didnt.

How to repeat:
Create DSN for MyODBC 5 and try to use this DSN to link from MS Access 2003 to any table in MySQL

Hi Georg and thanks for your problem report. I am aware of this problem. It seems to happen if:
  Table has PK/Unique Key
First column in table is of INT type

Hi there, I too am experiencing this bug:

server version: 5.0.24-community-nt
Xp version: XP home SP2
ODBC Version : 5.00.05.00

Linking tables to Access 2003 causes error "Reserved Error (-7749)"

the only table to successfully link was the only table that does not have a primary key.

Hope this helps.
