Description:
my-huge.cnf has an error in it.

How to repeat:
I installed mysql 4.0.12 from rpms, with no problems.
I'm running on an old compaq box, i486.
I copied /usr/share/mysql/my-huge.cnf to /etc/my.cnf
There's a line that starts log-bin            # Required for replication

It fails, because, it would seem, it can't have # on the same line as a command
The next line (starting server-id) has the problem

Suggested fix:
Move the comments to the line above.

OK, the comments have been reformatted to work around the 
bug in the option parsing for now. I reassign this bug to Jani 
to fix the option parsing in general to not fail in such cases.
