Hello, I removed old versions of mysql-gui-tools, mysql-query-browser and mysql-administrator using Yum Extender, and installed RPMs from package mysql-gui-tools-5.0r4-fc5-i386.tar.gz. I can confirm that in version 1.2.4beta of MySQL Query Browser bug is no more present.

It's to say, also, I'm not able and launch MySQL Workbench version included in 5.0r4. Error I have is: "The GRT environment for the Workbench could not be initialized. Please verify your installation." Any log I can check?

So, the bug is not repeatable in QB 1.2.4 rc. As for Workbench, please, open a new bug report.
