Description:
After an upgrade from 1.2.1 changing comments containing non us-ascii chars become unreadable.

How to repeat:
enter anything in the comment for a field containing non us-ascii chars (eg. űáéúőíóüö) and save changes

Suggested fix:
Decide what char. encoding to use
