Description:
8 Jan 2004 and 4.1.1a is still missing a setup.exe and related files.  

How to repeat:
Unzip the distribution zip file and search for setup.exe.  The file is not found.  

Suggested fix:
Include setup.exe and related files.

This is not a bug, per se, as it is intended and documented.  There is a note in the manual regarding this, with installation instructions:

http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/Windows_binary_installation.html

A version with an installer will be released, but for now this is intentional.

the manual pointed to by the link STILL says run setup.exe. And I see no instructions for installation.
