Description:
When clicking on the 'Help' menu option, dialog is raised due to not finding C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Tools for 5.0\MySQLMigrationTool.chm. 

The file on my system is named MySQLMigrationToolKit.chm

How to repeat:
When clicking on the 'Help' menu option

Suggested fix:
Rename C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Tools for 5.0\MySQLMigrationToolKit.chm to MySQLMigrationTool.chm
