Description:
The Add/Remove Programs Menu item has a new entry 'Herausgeber' (sorry, I don't have the correct english translation here). But this value is set with it's default "Name of your company". This should be replaced with "MySQL AB" (like it's in a 5.0.24 server install) and combined with a link to www.mysql.com.

Also here the Windows Standard settings for a 'product update'/'support' entry should be added, using a link inside the network website.

Set to P2 as it looks very unprofessional having here only a 'default' in.

How to repeat:
install on Windows, check ARP menu entry

Suggested fix:
- change the default to "MySQL AB" (or whatever is company standard here)
- add the links that are supported by the APR menu
