How to repeat:
Open Mysql Administrator (German)

In the left pane select  'Serverstatus'

In the right pane activate the 'Connection Health' tab.
Right click into a graph and select 'Seite editieren'.

Window Graphen-Einstellungen pops up.

There you can enter a minimum value (min.  wert )greater then maximum value
