No limit for minimal windows size of window Graphen-Einstellungen

How to repeat:
Open Mysql Administrator (German)

In the left pane select  'Serverstatus'

In the right pane activate the 'Connection Health' tab.
Right click into a graph and you will get and select 'Seite editieren'.

Window Graphen-Einstellungen pops up.

You can resize it from this 
  a) size like in screen shot s1 (ok) down to
  b) this size like in screen shot s2 (useless)

Suggested fix:
Have a usefull limit on the minimal possible windows size
