How to repeat:
Open MySQL Administrator 1.2.4 RC 

Select schema 'INFORMATION_SCHEMA'

In the right pane activate the 'Schema-Tabellen' tab
Select first table and say 'edit'
Just do some changes in table.
Say 'Applay Changes'
Window with SQL statement pops up like in screen shot c4.
Try ctrl-a in there 
---> no reaction 
you have to mark all the text manualy with the curser

Many thanks for writing a bug report. We are on the way to implement full functionality of MySQL Administrator into MySQL Workbench. We won't add this feature request anymore.
