Description:
The 5.0.0.alpha install does not create a proc table. This makes it impossible to create stored procedures.

How to repeat:
Try to create a store procedure.

I was able for to install on my XP box doing the install in new
fresh directory, however It was already reported for another user
this issue, so I am assuming that the installer when is installed
over an existing stuff don't re-write the whole \mysql directory
in this case the re-write denied should be for individual files
instead of the whole group.

I am assign our Distribution Engineer for to verify this and in the
meantime please try to use the package without installer.

This is a known problem in the 5.0.0-alpha release. We subsequently made a 5.0.0a-alpha
release to address it. You should find it's fixed in the latest installer version from our website.
