Description:
Drop-down menu becomes detached from main application window.

How to repeat:
ssh -Y into Linux box using XCygwin. Run Administrator, open a menu item and then move the application window. Drop down menu becomes detached from the main application window.

Suggested fix:
Keep menu attached.

This is probably a problem of GTK or other "system" software
