Description:
When I add a new foreign key, executing it without a foreign column results in a segfault. Should have a validator to check that I have actually inputted a foreign column.

How to repeat:
Create InnoDB table, create new Foreign Key, drag column into table, leave foreign column blank, click apply and execute.

Suggested fix:
Implement validator to make sure this field is set before applying.
