Description:
This is identical to Bug #22701 but applies to the right align button.

The hint that appears when you mouse over the "right align" icon is
incorrect.
It reads "align bottom edges". It should read "Align right edges".

How to repeat:
Open workbench.
In the main view find the "Tool options" and put your mouse over the
sixth icon from the left. The text hint reads "Align bottom edges" (The
same message as the hint for the third icon from the left.)

Suggested fix:
Change message to read something like, "Align right edges".
