Description:
A counter describing how many times the mysql server has been restarted is missing.
it should be possible to read this counter from
1) SHOW STATUS
and from
2) Information schema

How to repeat:
Try to figure out how many times you have restarted the mysql server without parsing log files...

Suggested fix:
add a counter to the "system" tables.
