Description:
It would be nice if Administrator could start up without a server running. However, I can not get past the login-window. It actually has a button for start service, but one can only use that if it was stopped after Administrator was started! (Whereas I can stop/start the service from Windows Service-menu, without password or login)

It would also be nice if Administrator could start up without a server present. This way I can easily acces the pages, help, etc, e.g. for writing bug-reports/feature-requests, or directions for colleagues.

Now I had to install the server on my desktop, because I do not want to keep the connection to the external server open for that sort of thing. (It is on the machine of a customer at another location through a firewall and all that.)

How to repeat:
Install MySQL Administrator on a PC without a (running) server.
Start MySQL Administrator.
Try to get past the login window.

Suggested fix:
Add a button to the login window: "Do not log in" or "Do not connect"
