Description:
Thanks for the great addition to the documentation, a table of mysql options and variables:

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/mysqld-option-tables.html

I'd love to see another column indicating whether the item can have a session scope. For example, many of the SHOW STATUS values can have either a session or global scope, depending on whether you say SHOW GLOBAL STATUS or not.

How to repeat:
This is a documentation feature request.

Thank you for a reasonable documentation request.

The documentation has been updated so that the scope of a variable is included in the table.
