Description:
When browsing user accounts in "User Administration" with "Schema Privileges" tab selected, available privileges disappear and only reappear when selecting a diferent schema and again the previous selected schema.

How to repeat:
Create two users: User "a" and user "b".

Click user "a" and then click "Schema Privileges" tab.

Click on any schema so the "Available Privileges" appear.

Click user "b". "Available Privileges" disappear (not sure if that is normal).

Click on the same schema and "Available Privileges" don't reappear.
They only reappear when selecting a diferente schema and then click again the previous selected schema (this doesn't look normal).
