Description:
Installed the bitrock agent build 6.18 using the bitrock installer- provided all parameters during install and install completed successfully. 
But the agent won't run and not complain 'wisely' (vague error- reading config file or something like that) because there was no uuid in the mysql-service-agent.ini file

Should be fixed in Bitrock installers ver >= 6.30

with 0.7.6 on RH a UUID was created in the .ini file
