The link of the image within the feed is linking to a non-existent image:

http://www.mysql.com/images/mysql.png

How to repeat:
Open http://www.mysql.com/images/mysql.png in your web-browser

Suggested fix:
Upload the MySQL feed logo to http://www.mysql.com/images/mysql.png
