Description:
I get the following error
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005' 
[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Too many connections
Will increasing the value of max_connections help?
To what extend can i increase the value of max_connections

How to repeat:
Too many users connecting to the intranet with MySql as the database to check the authentication

Suggested fix:
increase max_connections ??
