I concur with Jared. I had to roll back to 1.2.1 beta to get Stored Procedures to work. Even the simplest "SELECT 1;" code in the procedure doesn't work. I also tried adjusting all of the line break options in the Tools > Options > Browser > Query Options

Thank you for the report. Verified as described. There is bug #22324 shows the problem.
