Description:
This does not seem possible at this time, but per a user request, it would be nice to be able to use SSL connections without a client certificate.  If it is possible, it should be documented.

How to repeat:
Client connections without a client certificate do not appear to have any way of using SSL connections.

Thank you for a reasonable feature request. I'll mark this report as a duplicate of bug #2343. Just happened so that I verified it first.
