Description:
MySQL Administrator doesn't acknowledge 'skip-<option>'.

How to repeat:
The default installation of MySQL has InnoDB active. There is a commented out value of:

#skip-innodb

Uncomment this and then load MySQL Administrator. Go to the 'Start Up Variables' and select the 'InnoDB Parameters'. The tick box 'Activate InnoDB' is ticked.
