Description:
One time, I found there are two mysql query browser in window menu, but I do only run one instance, then I try to run another one, the window menu show 3.

this is not also show in mysql query browser, but also other tools.

when I close all mysql gui tools, and run mysql query browser, it is ok.

How to repeat:
can not repeat
