Description:
Because of setting "default-character-set=tis620" in file "my.ini",
MySQL 3.xx-4.0.xx can sort Thai language correctly.
But in version 4.1-4.1.1alpha can't work, mysqld will crash.

How to repeat:
every time when setting "default-character-set=tis620" in file "my.ini"
for version 4.1-4.1.1alpha

Suggested fix:
see source code from version 3.xx ~ 4.0.xx
don't get from 4.1+
