Description:
No test case have been written for "full text parser plugin".

This should be added to mysql-test-run.pl in a similar fashion as how we test 'udf'.

The "WITH PARSER" syntax of CREATE TABLE should be tested.

Add "ft_plugin_parser" test case to mysql-test-run.pl
