Description:
In "HIGH_NOT_PRECEDENCE" paragraph of
 http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/server-sql-mode.html

the following example is used:
  mysql> SET sql_mode = 'broken_not';

That word is not recognised so it's not even a synonym of 'HIGH_NOT_PRECEDENCE'.
