Description:
Just installed V4.017-nt but was unable to find
mysql_fix_privilege_tables.sql anywhere in the install
directory. Had to grab it from the source file.
This is a small problem that should be looked at.

How to repeat:
Upgrade from V2.5.6 to V4.0.17 and this problem will show up.

Suggested fix:
Add the file to the binary distribution.

The response doesn't specify the manner in which this issue was resolved, but if it was to include the SQL file, as suggested by the original reporter, I'd like to suggest that instead the privilege table be updated directly by the installer, rather than leaving this as a manual operation.
