Already the one mysql service is running and Iam trying to configure the second service for the second database...

How to repeat:

Service successfully installed.

C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin>net start mysqlxy
The mysqlxy service is starting.
The mysqlxy service could not be started.

A system error has occurred.
