Running different servers on the same machine

Already the one mysql service is running and Iam trying to configure the second service for the second database...

How to repeat:
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin>mysqld --install mysqlx
Service successfully installed.

C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin>net start mysqlxy
The mysqlxy service is starting.
The mysqlxy service could not be started.

A system error has occurred.

System error 1067 has occurred.

The process terminated unexpectedly.

Suggested fix:
Requirement to start the second service
