Description:
When trying to connect(using Administrator) with root account and password, it gives me Error 1130:Host'172.16.48.64' is not allowed to connect to this MYSQL server

How to repeat:
After installing Server 4.1 i tried connecting with root account on server and getting that error

Thank you for the bug report. Do you have the priviliges granted for that
user for to connect from that host. How you did the grant privileges for?

I don't know how to do that ?? Did i miss a step in the install?
