Hi Mykola and thanks for you rproblem report. I was able to reproduce it on XP Pro x64 (AMD) against both local and remote 5.0 servers but without hang. If MySQL server is on remote host: I get Access violation message but everything works fine If MySQL server is on localhost host: I get Access violation message and I can do selects etc... but trying to close MySQL QB results in nasty crash with recursive errors (over 100000 when I stopped debugger): 'MySQLQueryBrowser.exe': Loaded 'C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Query Browser 1.1\MySQLQueryBrowser.exe', Binary was not built with debug information. ... First-chance exception at 0x0040404e in MySQLQueryBrowser.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x0003021e. Without debug info and symbol file it is hard to say more at this point. You can check http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=17920 for workaround.
