Description:
When the default connection is taken offline, MySQLCC crashes on startup. It looks like MySQLCC attempts to connect to an offline host, causing it to crash.

How to repeat:
Close MySQLCC when it is connected to the default host.
Disconnect the default connection from the network or shutdown the default host. Then startup MySQLCC.
It will crash on startup.

Suggested fix:
Make sure that MySQLCC does not crash when the database host is not available.

There is a known, already reported issue with MySQLCC 0.9.3 crashing on connection failure.
