Thank you for the report. Verifed as reporter described: only bookmarks created in connection window, which has closed last, saved.

As reporter does not specify OS version and I test it on Win XP, I defined Win XP as OS.

This is a behavior I cannot fix. It is very much the same as with a text file opened in two different editors. If you save it in the first editor and then in the second one you will lose your changes in the first editor. Hence the rule is: you *must not* change configuration data in both QB instances or you will only keep the last state. Decide for one instance to change things. All instances of Query Browser (and in certain cases like connections also all instances of Administrator and Workbench) share the same configuration files so *don't* change this from more than one place. Btw: this is very similar to how a database handles this. If you have two different clients working on the same data the last change will win. However, since this is not a very comfortable situation, we consider using a different approach in new tools.

There is no way to save or import export query bookmarks in mysql query browser for xp. I can save and export the XML in osx, but i run also on an XP machine, and I cannot even find the bookmarks I made on that machine. No suck XML file exists.
