Description:
When editing my own projects, there is a link "detach" next to each category.
However, it's not possible to use it, as the page http://forge.mysql.com/projects/remove-category.php linked from there does not exist. Therefore it's currently not possible to detach categories from projects.

How to repeat:
Edit a project, try to remove a category and observe the 404 Error.

Suggested fix:
Create the missing remove-category.php page :)

Categories have been replaced by tagging in Forge 2.0
