Description:
When i try to change Schema priviledges for anonymous or root user, Mysql Administrator crashes on clicking "Apply Changes" by the message:"Can't retrieve user information" in a command window and inside the program:"Error while storing the user information". I use Mysql Server version 5 and JDBC Connector/J for application development using Java. 

How to repeat:
When trying to perform the same operation even after a restart of the Administrator application and/or the server instance, the situation remains the same.

Suggested fix:
No suggestions because the problem persists as many times as i restart the Mysql Administrator application and/or the Server instance.
