just were closed automatically by the system!  I think they should not have been!  The original 'poster' was inactive for a month, but I was not, and I  think that I answred the questions that were raised.

How to repeat:
I hope not! :-)

Suggested fix:
reopen the two other bugs and close this one for instance!
