Description:
I've described by step

1.I insert name in the column "Foreign Key Name"
2.Select table in the "Reffered Table"
The button "Apply Changes" and "Discard Changes" sets in the state "enable"/
If I click the button "Discard Changes" it sets in the state "not enable".But the button "Apply Changes" is enable.And the column "Foreign Key Name" and  "Reffered Table" doesn't clear.
