Description:
MySQL Instance Config Wizard in the Windows 64bit MySQL package requires the msjava.dll to be present on the system. Since this is not possible (at least without deploying the dll and it's dependencies manually), configuration fails while creating the my.ini file.

The same is true for the php_mysql.dll and php_mysqli.dlls currently available for download, by the way.

How to repeat:
Just run the installation / config wizard. Or else check with a dependency walker.

Suggested fix:
recompile on a clean system?
