Description:
The syntax description for CREATE TABLE at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/create-table.html refers to index_type but it does not contain a description that expands index_type. (index_type is mentioned later in the text that follows, but this doesn't really help, especially if you are using the server's online help command)

How to repeat:
n/a
