Description:
Scrollbars will show up for a query even if it is very small. the annoyance is when u have an SQL that is medium length and u want to scroll to get to the middle... but the scroll area is so small and sensitive, that is is very hard to find. for example, takeing the scrollbar to 50% should go halfway through the longest line of text. yet it seems to go to some sort of infinite(okay not infinite but pretty far even if no content is passed this area)!

How to repeat:
put any line of SQL text or even no text in the SQL Qeury Area... Scrollbars are ridiculously long no matter what.

Suggested fix:
make it so Query Area fits longest line of text, so scroolbars show up only when needed.
