Description:
I tried to startup MySQL workbench by double clicking on the .mwb file in Windows Explorer.
This will fail (100%) with a workbench error (initialize)

How to repeat:
1. Associate the .mwb extension with MySQL Workbench
2. Create a workbench file and save it to any location on your drive.
3. Open a explorer window and browse to the location of the workbench file
4. Double click on the file
5. Start up error will be shown
